Decision Resources Consulting is the strategic consulting arm of Decision Resources.  We partner with a broad range of executives in leading biopharmaceutical firms across the United States, Europe, and Asia as they seek to develop valuable, defendable, and durable competitive advantage.  As part of our work, we are called upon to evaluate and extend portfolios, assess and forecast product and market opportunities, maximize the value of products throughout their life cycle, and develop insightful and creative models and processes to enhance decision making.
